NEW!! Honduras Finca Flores (Relationship Coffee)
This coffee comes from a little-known region in Honduras called Ojojona in the department of Fracisco Morzan outside of Tegucigalpa. Ana and her husband have only been producing coffee for six years. They are completely focused on quality over volume, and they produce only a small amount of specialty coffee. Maquina is purchasing her entire production, which is 7 bags! Next, they are planning on planting SL34 (Kenyan variety) and some Gesha plants as well. They are also planning on upgrading their wet mill and building a parabolico (covered drying patio to protect from the elements). The variety is Pacas, and it is grown at 1600 meters above sea level. This coffee is sweet and complex but has a very robust mouthfeel. We are very excited to start this relationship with Sra. Bueso.
Notes: Maple Syrup, Toffee, Brown Sugar
For 10oz bags, we offer Whole Bean coffee or ground for Drip or French Press. For 2lb and 5lb bags, we offer Whole Bean only.
